Patients with mild neurocognitive disorder are the ultimate beneficiaries. Staff from participating organisations will be trained to deliver interventions covering healthy diet, physical exercises, psychosocial coping and social engagement, etc.

Impact / Expected Impact

This project aims to develop a chronic disease self-management program for local community-dwelling people with mild neurocognitive disorder (MNCD), in order to help them better manage their lives physically, psychologically, socially, so as to maintain their functioning and delay further deterioration. The beneficiaries then can adopt a healthier daily livesand back to live and work in the society as normal people.
