Screening for Mild Cognitive Impairment, Dementia, and Hearing Loss in Older Adults in the Community with Special Automated Audiological Assessments

The project team will develop a prototype with the automated cognitive screening test (dichotic digits recognition test and digits-in-noise recognition test). The prototype developed will be added to the existing pure-tone hearing screening test system as new modules. This screening tool will improve the quality of life in elderly and promote healthy aging, as well as prevent or delay cognitive decline.
