Culturally adapted sleep intervention - A brief online sleep intervention tailored to South Asian population in Hong Kong

This project aims to develop a low-cost and easily accessible mobile app on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia to deliver evidence-based sleep strategies in both Hindi and English with adapted materials incorporating community values for South Asians in Hong Kong.

The project will provide a 4-week online sleep intervention to South Asians in Hong Kong through a culturally adapted mobile app of cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia.  In addition, sleep health training will be offered to healthcare workers.
