Organising workshops on medication adherence and management skills for people of diverse race

The venture aims to enhance medication adherence awareness and self-management skills of people of diverse race through the utilisation of the PharmCare medication management app. The app will provide five additional language interfaces (Nepali, Urdu, Indonesian, Hindi, Vietnamese) to help people of diverse race use it with ease.

The venture will provide training to pharmacy students on serving as outreach volunteers for people of diverse race, enabling them to better understand how to assist and respond to the needs of people of diverse race in their future service efforts. Also, educational workshops led by registered pharmacists who are people of diverse race will be organised to teach people of diverse race to establish a regular medication routine, access medication education information, and learn medication knowledge using drug icons; the participants can help their family members to create profiles in the PharmCare app, thus spreading medication knowledge.
