Providing a flight simulation training programme for students from grassroots families

The venture aims to offer flight simulation experience to students from grassroots families and motivate them to learn STEM (an interdisciplinary approach to teaching that combines science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

The flight simulation training programme will be customised to include classroom briefing, flight simulator sessions and role play for students without aviation knowledge to participate. The programme also helps enhance their communication skills, self-confidence and learning motivation.
