Leveraging Muay Thai, the venture provides professional Muay Thai training and social and self-improvement training for underprivileged youths, mainly those living in subdivided units, to enhance their physical health and provide them with opportunities to learn both soft and hard skills. It matches the youths with middle to high-level business professionals in a 4-to-1 mentorship programme that provides career development guidance and mental support, as well as education and employment support, to increase the youths’ social capital and upward mobility opportunities.
