Providing fall-prevention dance training programmes for the elderly

 

 

The venture is launching an evidence-based project aiming to improve the fall-prevention ability and resilience of the elderly through dance.

This project provides a taster programme for 60 elders and training programmes of different levels for 245 elders. In addition, online videos on promoting public awareness of fall prevention through dance will be shared and reach an audience of 1000 members of the public, promoting a holistic approach to improving both the physical health of the elderly and their social well-being. Research will also be conducted to provide informative statistics to promote fall prevention worldwide.

  • Form a dance troupe to improve elders’ social well-being through regular dance sessions
  • Produce 1 patented fall-prevention dance programme
