Providing training and job placements as assistant karate coaches for youth with special educational needs

The venture aims to provide career pathways as karate coaches and jobs related to sports for youth with special educational needs (SEN) by creating a platform that enables them to integrate into the community and improve their employability.

It will provide vocational training for SEN youth, offer placements as assistant coaches in SEN karate training sessions, and arrange for them to participate in events co-organised with different organisations. The co-organisers will gain first-hand experience working with SEN youth, thereby enhancing the willingness of potential employers to employ SEN youth.
