    Support ethnic minorities through contact centre industry training and employment

    Job specific training for people of diverse race to develop a career in contact centres 

     

    The venture will develop job training specific for contact centres to equip people of diverse race with the necessary skills, knowledge and mindset for jobs in contact centres. Call Centre Association Limited, operator of the project, will set up a small scale contact centre to provide on-the-job practice for people of diverse race to enhance their success rate in getting jobs. It will collaborate with organisations providing support for people of diverse race and solicit public and private organisations/companies to sign up to offer contact centre jobs for the trained people of diverse race.
