Impact / Expected Impact
The project team delivered public seminars on Heart Failure, provided introductory education, and performed Express Heart Check assessments at District Elderly Community Centres (DECCs) and Neighbourhood Elderly Centres (NECs) in 14 districts of Hong Kong, and have reached 1 016 individuals so far.
