Business for Good 2.0: Building the New Normal with Stakeholders

Through looking into the global trends and local situation in practicing stakeholder capitalism, the project explores how local businesses, especially small and medium enterprises, can build the new normal with stakeholders under the business for good framework. The project will formulate concrete recommendations and draw up a practical guide to facilitate local businesses on “HOW” to tackle the challenges and seize the post-pandemic opportunities by adopting stakeholder capitalism.

This research project helps businesses take a strategic and holistic view of how they can engage their businesses for the sustainable well-being of society as a whole together with different stakeholders.  The research findings, with actionable recommendations on how we can catalyze the development of business for good in Hong Kong, help drive breakthrough changes on how businesses operate so that they can achieve social value creation alongside financial profit.
