Addressing the problem of school bullying by providing young people with training based on Empathetic Journey of Life, with a view to fostering a more inclusive school environment
The venture aims to address the problem of school bullying by providing young people with training based on Empathetic Journey of Life (EJL), an interactive live-action role-play approach, to build empathy, emotional awareness and resilience, helping them to deal with peer conflicts, with a view to fostering a more inclusive school environment.
The venture will train students to be “Campus Guardians” with the skills in cultivating empathy and game facilitation. Hands-on experience in live-action role-play will be provided to “Campus Guardians” under supervision by experienced instructors, which will empower the students to take the lead in organising more sessions and mini-exhibitions in schools or youth centres to promote “anti-bullying” culture to a wider groups of beneficiaries.
