Expectation towards Social Innovation and the SIE Fund

"Poverty is a complex problem with different aspects. I believe that it is no longer sufficient to rely solely on government intervention to solve the problem of poverty. It makes good sense to turn to social innovation as a solution that would make the world a better place.
The SIE Fund facilitates tripartite collaboration among the community, the businesses and the government. It supports innovative ideas and approaches, bringing together skills and resources of stakeholders from diverse sectors to develop effective and sustainable solutions for addressing social needs.
I envision:

People with disabilities will become self-reliant...
The new immigrants can integrate into society...
The elderly will be able to live with dignity...
The vulnerable groups can find hope in their life...

These are the impacts of social innovation.
And this is how 'poverty alleviation' truly works."
