Dream of SEN

prototype, education and learning, children and youth, BEHub

Organising workshops and sharing activities to enhance the abilities of youths with special educational needs and to support their parents

The venture aims to enhance the abilities of young people with special educational needs (SEN) and to promote the society's understanding of the characteristics and abilities of youths with SEN. Through paper creation activities and workshops, the venture helps youths with SEN build self-confidence, improve emotional and behavioral problems and communication skills, and thereby enhance their resilience and problem-solving skills.

Parents can participate together with their children with SEN and become their children’s role models. Parents can communicate with their mentors and other parents through this platform, share the joy and pain of their children’s growth, support and encourage each other, and improve their relationship with their children.

The venture will recruit young volunteers and explore with small and medium-sized enterprises and social welfare organisations on co-organising lectures and event workshops. It also plans to carry out online teaching.
