Providing low-income women with training and job opportunities in co-creating fashion products

The venture recruits low-income women and provides them with training on redesigning and upcycling of clothes to unleash their talent and co-create high quality "made in Hong Kong" fashion products.

To recruit women with basic sewing skills and technique, the venture will collaborate with a co-working factory serving low-income women.

Three fresh graduates in fashion design will be hired on an hourly basis to facilitate the project. Three retired fashion professionals will also be engaged to share their experience and teach the participating women.

Six of the trained women will be selected and employed to work with retired fashion professionals and trained fresh graduates in fashion design to co-create and produce new products. Profits from product sales will be shared with the women.
