All-round life and career coaching courses catering to the needs of youth with autism

The venture provides a personalised life and career coaching course at a discounted price to autistic youth from low-income families. By adopting the principles of Guide Participation from Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) and Career Guidance as curriculum framework, this all-round course covers four major elements - life management, health management, social development and career coaching. Free seminars and workshops will also be held for employers and the public to enhance understanding of the capabilities and strengths of people with autism. With the support of vocational assessment and job matching advice, the autistic youths’ independence, employability and the ability to integrate into the community will be enhanced.
