Enabling grassroots women to earn a living and restore self-esteem through utilising their talent

"neoi5 zoeng3" aims to empower the underprivileged women through engaging them in economic activities of development, production and sale of fusion sauce.
It is expected that 15 grassroots women living in Tin Shui Wai will be recruited to the business. Professional chefs will be engaged as trainers to help the women develop four flavours of fusion sauce (i.e. sweet, sour, bitter and chilli) at a community kitchen. Training in sauce production, packaging and marketing skills will also be provided. The trained grassroots women will be able to produce a wide range of fusion sauce for sale at community stores, fair trade shops and social enterprises.
It is hoped that the business will provide a sustainable income source to the grassroots women and help them attain self-confidence.
