Unleashing the potential of autistic youth through training with the aim of facilitating their social integration

Youth with autism may also be gifted and talented. Nevertheless, many are often labelled as underachievers at school because of their deficiencies in social communication and interpersonal skills. The venture seeks to unleash the potential of autistic youth, enhance their social skills, and facilitate their integration into the society by providing them with training in mobile game application development.
The venture owner, an experienced professional in this field, has developed a simplified learning process which enables the participants to develop a mobile game within one or two days. In addition to learning technical knowledge, autistic youth will be able to enhance their communication skills and self-confidence through group training. The venture will partner with NGOs to recruit and train youth with autism.
Mobile games with different themes based on the participants’ interest will be developed and launched. Revenue will be generated from in-app advertising whereas allowances will be paid to participants who attend the training.
