Expectation towards Social Innovation and the SIE Fund

"The aim of social innovation is not to set up social enterprises, nor to innovate for the sake of innovation. Social innovation should target at synergising the wisdom and experience of people from different sectors and different walks of life, so as to identify innovative measures for responding to social needs and enhancing social development."
