Preventing head injury during falls in older adults in care homes through an innovative protective headgear

    Elders in care homes will receive and wear protective headgear tailored from 3D-scanned head profiles to reduce the risk of head injuries. A 6-month randomised controlled trial will evaluate the effectiveness of this 3D-printed headgear in minimising head injury risks.
