    Providing professional flight simulation and aerospace STEM training and internships for grassroots youth to cultivate the future workforce of the industry

     

    This venture aims to provide professional aerospace and aviation STEM training for grassroots youth through a systematic curriculum, equipment, and flight simulation training to cultivate their enthusiasm for the industry and enhance their understanding of the various knowledge and skills underlying the world of flight and aerospace technology.

    With a curriculum covering career planning elements, the venture will help the grassroots youth understand the diverse career development and trends in the aviation and education industries. The project will also select participants to become aerospace mentors, who will participate in planning and preparing aerospace workshops to teach young children.

    • Collaborate with 5 community centers to provide a 12-hour professional flight simulation and aerospace STEM training programme for 50 grassroots youth
    • Provide a 2-hour career planning workshop and a 3-hour outreach exploration in the aviation industry for 50 grassroots youth
    • Provide aerospace mentor training for 20 youth who have completed the training with good performance
