Project SENsational Journey - Caregiver Support Program
Project SENsational Journey - Caregiver Support Program
Providing expressive arts training to the grandparents of SEN young children for supporting their early development
The venture aims to empower caregivers of young children with special educational needs (SEN), the grandparents, by offering them expressive arts training. The training includes drama & role-play, visual arts, music and movement, and relationship building through board games, offering hands-on and experiential learning that integrates knowledge (head), skills (hand), and state of mind (heart) to facilitate well-rounded learning. It helps them gain basic knowledge and practical skills to identify, understand, and support the early development of SEN young children, reducing their mental stress.
