Project Runway – SEN Workplace Transitional Hub
Project Runway – SEN Workplace Transitional Hub
Providing a transitional employment hub for SEN/ PwD youths
The venture aims to provide a transitional employment hub for youth with special educational needs or disabilities (SEN/ PwD) aged 16 to 35 by offering customised vocational training, real-work exposure, and sustained post-placement coaching. It bridges the gap between education and employment, enhancing their employability and reducing welfare dependency. It also provides counselling support services for caregivers of the SEN/ PwD youths; and recruits the elderly as voluntary cafe customers to foster inter-generational inclusion.
Additionally, the venture incorporates employer onboarding workshops and a franchising model, making the approach scalable and adaptable across industries.
