Providing access to an affordable digital tool and nutrition education, to improve diabetic patients’ quality of life

The venture aims to address the challenges faced by diabetic patients from low-income families by leveraging the expertise of registered dietitians to provide structured education sessions and public engagement activities, alongside access to an affordable digital medical nutrition tool.  Practical nutrition guidance tailored to the patients on diabetes management and affordable eating and healthy lifestyle habits will be provided to empower their self-care capabilities. Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices will be distributed to the patients, enabling them to monitor and manage their blood glucose levels more effectively, to reduce health inequities, and to improve their overall well-being.
