Online video platform for the hearing impaired to serve and be served
The SIE Fund will support Silence Limited to set up a sign language online video platform to produce and broadcast social, cultural and entertainment programmes for a total of 150,000 hearing impaired in Hong Kong for free.
The platform will also serve as a training base which provides training and workshops for the hearing impaired who are interested in joining the video production field and having further development in their career.
