Providing training and job opportunities as trainers of bamboo scaffolding workshops to retired young-old
The venture targets to train and hire retired young-old as trainers of bamboo scaffolding workshops.
The young-old will receive a three-month (around 130 hours) training cum practicum on bamboo scaffolding, coaching and intergenerational communication skills. Then, they will help promote the project to the community and potential clients like corporates and schools.
