Developing a set of assistive equipment to help persons with difficulties in physical activities take a bath with ease
The venture will design and develop a set of affordable bathing equipment to assist the elderly, persons with disabilities or patients suffering from stroke to take a bath on the bed conveniently and efficiently. The objective is to enable these persons to maintain a hygienic, safe and quality daily living. The bathing equipment will consist of four major components, including an inflatable bed with an air pump, a movable and foldable water tank with a water pump, a water temperature control system and an IoT (Internet of Things) device for monitoring and recording the process of use.
