Using wearable technology and AI to monitor the health condition of the elderly and promoting preventative care

The venture introduces a patient-centric solution, leveraging wearable technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to continuously monitor vital signs and predict health risks for the elderly. It utilises health data gathered from wearables and user-inputted healthcare information and employs AI to formulate personalised treatments, services, care plans, and lifestyle recommendations to achieve better health outcomes. This approach promotes preventative care, reduces healthcare costs, enhances efficiency and empowers patients and healthcare providers to make better-informed decisions. Additionally, it connects community services, improves public health and promotes primary care.
