Training elderly people as coaches to teach other elders to do exercises to improve physical and mental health
The venture aims to train elderly people with potential as “silver hair coaches” by collaborating with community centres to organise running and fitness training. The “silver hair coaches” will provide exercise guidance and knowledge about proper exercise to low-income elderly. This companionship encourages their consistent participation in physical activities and thus fosters their physical and mental health.
