Developing an online platform to connect low-income mothers with flexible jobs and training workshops

“Flex” aims to leverage technology to set up an online platform connecting mothers in low-income families with flexible job opportunities that accommodate their schedules, locations and skill sets. Through this platform, users can browse and apply for jobs with in-person or remote work arrangements, enabling them to earn an income without compromising their ability to care for their families. The mothers can also attend relevant workshops that offer industry-specific skills and soft skills to build up their skill sets and confidence to re-enter the workforce.
