Equipping students facing academic pressure, social isolation, and emotional challenges with tools and support needed to build resilience

The project equips students struggling with mental health challenges, especially those from low-income families, with tools and support to build resilience, manage stress, and foster emotional well-being. Besides developing and finalising prototypes for the mobile application integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and evidence-based well-being solutions, it will host workshops to trial the application and offer mental health-themed theoretical lessons to the students, enhancing their awareness to develop mentally healthy habits and improving well-being.
