Utilising swimming as a medium combined with career planning elements to train underprivileged youths as qualified swimming assistants, helping them escape poverty
The venture supports students from Secondary Five to higher education (especially those residing in subdivided units, from single-parent families, or receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance or Working Family Allowance) through utilising swimming as a medium combined with career planning elements. The venture offers training classes in swimming and coaching skills, and paid internship opportunities to allow them to acquire the essential skillsets in becoming a qualified swimming assistant. Upon the completion of training, youths will be given job matching opportunities to increase their source of income, alleviate economic stress and thereby increase their upward social mobility.
