The venture designs and develops a one-stop part-time job-matching platform in response to the aging population in Hong Kong, aims at addressing the social exclusion of retired elders due to the lack of re-employment opportunities. The platform integrates resources from corporates, schools and social welfare organisations, providing diverse and flexible job opportunities (such as event tutors, handicrafts teaching, festive planning, etc.), matches elders and the corporates according to the corporate needs and elders’ skills. The working experiences, training record and comments from clients will be transformed as trustworthy credentials on the platform to increase their employability. Elders will be able to earn income through working as part-time jobs, build social networks and increase their life satisfaction and confidence, enabling them to realise self-worth and contribute to society.
