    Providing personalised, comprehensive guidance for eczema patients, empowering them to self-manage their condition sustainably in the long term

     

     

    The venture aims to empower low-income eczema patients to self-manage their condition through a “21-day Eczema Transformation Programme” to reduce relapse.

    The project will provide a one-hour consultation, including a personalised eczema assessment and a tailored action plan for 260 low-income patients. 150 other patients will participate in the 21-day programme at discounted rates, which includes three one-hour consultations, covering a personalised eczema assessment, tailored action plan and follow-up recommendations.

    The venture will also conduct workshops or targeted events for specific groups and develop two toolkits for eczema patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. An impact report will be published and media coverage will be secured to highlight the outcomes.
