Carer Bond – Carer Support Project

    healthcare, elderly, Grant for Good

By addressing the gap in elderly care services, mobile app matching services, caregiver training, and home respite services will be provided comprehensively to reduce the burdens on caregivers and community healthcare

The venture aims to provide a self-service home care platform for elderly individuals with dementia and sarcopenia, allowing them to access subsidised community care services, including home respite, community volunteer services and outreach care services, during the transitional period before permanent care arrangements. The project also trains up part-time carers to provide respite services, alleviating the pressure on primary caregivers.
