    A training programme for caregivers and volunteers on cooking and serving of soft food for the elderly

     

    The venture aims to develop and launch a structured training programme on food preparation and feeding skills for caregivers and volunteers serving elderly. It would help the elderly enjoy healthy meals with their family and feel more at ease in joining social gathering.

    A series of training sessions will be held for participants to learn how to prepare, cook and serve soft food for the elderly. It will be concluded with a practicum in which the trainees will pay visits to elderly centres to prepare soft food for the elderly.
