Providing youngsters with internship opportunities with overseas corporations through the mode of “work from home”

 

 

The venture will run an innovative Virtual Global Internship Programme which combines the ideas of ”work from home” and ”overseas internships”. Youngsters aged 15 to 24 will be matched with overseas companies, including social enterprises and big corporations, which offer each youngster a 90-hour internship opportunity.

Through virtual means such as email, instant messaging and phone conversations, the companies can arrange daily tasks to the interns who are required to report to their supervisors on a regular basis.

Online career training and career guidance/advice through mentorship programmes will be provided by the venture’s young professionals and participating corporate partners.
