Providing training and job opportunities in photography to help the deaf or hearing-impaired persons unleash their talent

The venture aims to unleash the talents of the deaf or hearing-impaired persons and broaden their horizons in career planning through training and job opportunities in photography.

Ten deaf or hearing-impaired persons will be recruited through NGOs and be provided with a 12-week training cum practicum in photography.

After the training and practicum, the trainees will take part in community education programmes that aim to increase public awareness about hearing impairment. The venture will organise 12 experiential workshops for the community, provide free photo-taking service for low-income families, and host an exhibition to share the project’s achievement.
