Yoga and expressive art therapy for children and young adults with disabilities or special educational needs
By means of yoga and expressive art therapy, the venture aims to improve mental and physical well-being as well as promote the personal and social development of children and young adults with disabilities or special educational needs who are from low-income families.
Expressive art therapy will be delivered through a structured programme curriculum consisting of music, movement, creativity and/or visual art, while yoga therapy will be provided through one-to-one individually-tailored adaptive therapy sessions.
