After understanding the needs of the caregivers, consultants will design personalised care plans, while coordinators will research, compare, and recommend suitable care service options for the caregivers. Caregivers can update their plans according to their family situation. The venture aims to develop a prototype of the mobile app, gather user feedback, and make improvements.
