Providing persons in recovery with training and internship opportunities in sales

 

The venture aims to recruit eight persons in recovery (PIRs) from mental health problems and provide them with training and internship opportunities in sales to enhance their self-confidence and employability.

The venture will provide in total 40 days of on-the-job training as shop assistant trainees and 40 days of job opportunities as shop assistants for eight participants. Six of them with outstanding performance will be hired as full-time employees.

It is expected that eight PIRs will benefit.
