Setting up an activity/ information platform to support parents and carers of children with special educational needs

The venture aims to reduce the pressure on parents and carers of children with special educational needs (SEN) through establishing a city-wide SEN parent activity/ information platform and database that brings together the SEN-related community resources.

Apart from setting up the platform, the venture will organise training programmes and seminars for parents and carers to enhance their ability in taking care of their SEN children. Besides, job opportunities will be offered to parents with SEN children from low-income/ single-parent families.
