The venture will provide job training and opportunities to low-income or unemployed women in support of the door-to-door recycling service for households. They will be involved in the daily operation of the recycling service including collecting disposed materials, sorting the collected recyclables and other management-related activities. The job opportunities offered can fit their childcare schedules and at the same time offer competitive hourly compensation to them.
