Providing training and internship opportunities for youths from diverse race or with special educational needs

 

 

The venture aims to enhance the employability of youths from diverse race and youths with special educational needs (SEN) through provision of training and internship opportunities in baking. Apart from baking classes, the youths will also receive soft skills training, including self-understanding and awareness, teamwork, communication skills, and customer services.

Trainees with good performance will be selected for in-depth training (e.g. digital marketing) and internship opportunities at a food factory and physical/online shops. Training allowance will be provided to the youths during the internship. Outstanding bakery products will be put on sale at the venture’s online and physical shops.
