The venture aims to help students from grassroots families enhance their understanding of eSports, facilitating them to turn their interest into a career and to plan their career path early.

The venture will invite eSports practitioners to give a talk to share their views and experiences in the industry. Participating students will have the opportunity to take part in job shadowing or internship for 14 days to gain hands-on experience in the industry.
