U-Fit Project

scale-up, job training and opportunities, children and youth, Impact Incubator

A youth development project that combines Thai boxing training and personal growth programmes

The venture will provide Thai boxing training together with a personal growth programme that covers social studies and job shadowing for young people. It hopes to improve their well-being and help them find the right direction in life. Mentors from various professions will be recruited to provide the participants with guidance on life planning.

Job opportunities will be given to participants with good performance. They will serve as training assistants and ambassadors to teach and share their experience with newly recruited youngsters. With a career in Thai boxing, young people from underprivileged groups are expected to increase their income and boost their self-esteem.

The training will be provided to young people from underprivileged groups at a discounted price. Thai boxing classes at the market price will also be offered to other youngsters to improve their health. The venture will collaborate with NGOs and schools to recruit young people from underprivileged groups.
