Walter Tsui

Walter Tsui

Walter's resume is outstanding and remarkable. Before graduating from the Economics Department of CUHK, he worked as an intern in Europe and in a renowned investment bank and a law firm in Hong Kong. Yet it hasn’t warranted a good career development after graduation. Employment didn't come easy - let alone a stage to prove his talent - just because he is visually-impaired.
Walter believes that other disabled persons must be facing the same problems in employment and is aware of their frustration, while little help is being offered by existing service agencies. This prompted him to set up CareER that bridges the needs of employers and the physically disabled graduates and provides those candidates with a platform to fully exhibit their capabilities.
Besides providing career consultancy service, CareER also runs mentoring schemes to help their student members with disabilities build a network and gain support from peers, with the aim of enhancing the competitiveness of disabled graduates in the market.
